2. Commercial Accuracy & Product Specifications

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the technical specifications, physical dimensions, electrical ratings, port configurations, and compatibility notes of our IT hardware products. However, because actual performance depends on your software environment, thermal configuration, and attached peripherals, we do not warrant that your particular implementation will achieve identical benchmark metrics.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Billing Accuracy

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated during checkout according to the delivery address.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss for all hardware products pass to you upon our delivery to the commercial carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). In the unlikely event of lost or damaged shipments in transit, our customer service department will actively assist you in filing carrier claims and expediting immediate replacements.

5. One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

All brand-new micro servers, power modules, storage chassis, and networking cards are backed by our 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers hardware manufacturing defects, power supply failures, and defective solder joints under normal specified operational conditions. It excludes damages resulting from unauthorized overclocking, liquid spillage, physical drops, or ungrounded electrical surges.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Queens County, New York.
