Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, items must satisfy the following standard criteria:

• The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories (power cables, SATA cables, antennas, mounting screws, and manuals).
• The serial number and barcode must remain intact and match our internal fulfillment database.
• Hardware must be free from physical damage, water exposure, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

Zero Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on hardware returned in good order within the 30-day window.

Step-by-Step Return Process (RMA)

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] with your order number, product SKU, and reason for return.
2. Receive RMA & Return Label: Our customer support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (for defective or damaged goods) within 24 hours.
3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the product in its original box with all accessories and affix the RMA label.
4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt at our Flushing, NY facility, our technicians inspect the unit within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
