All sensitive semiconductors, x86 micro servers, and PCIe expansion cards are encased in electrostatic shielding bags and surrounded by high-density polyethylene foam to absorb transit vibrations.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

All our packages are insured against transit damage and loss. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the outer carton and the hardware components and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will promptly issue an expedited replacement or full refund.
